The easiest way to get access to the Mobile Internet is by asking the sales staff to set up Mobile Internet access on your phone when you purchase it.

But if you have already taken the phone home and are having difficulties connecting to the Mobile Internet, you may need to set up Internet access on your phone yourself - it's very simple. Go to the ‘How to set up the Mobile Internet’ section of this website and go to the link for your mobile carrier. If you have an older phone with a non-colour screen you may need to upgrade your phone, but it's best to check this with your mobile carrier.

Q. How do I start using the Mobile Internet?

You can visit your mobile carrier portal (On Deck). There will be some useful and interesting stuff there - e.g. news, weather etc.
